Two-dimensional Hubbard-Holstein bipolaron
We present a diagrammatic Monte Carlo study of the properties of the Hubbard-Holstein bipolaron on a two-dimensional square lattice. With a small Coulomb repulsion, U, and with increasing electron-phonon interaction, and when reaching a value about two ...

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

Separation of Spin and Charge Quantum Numbers in Strongly Correlated Systems
In this paper we reexamine the problem of the separation of spin and charge degrees of freedom in two dimensional strongly correlated systems. We establish a set of sufficient conditions for the occurence of spin and charge separation.

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with metals have been recognized as versatile platforms for photocatalytic CO2 reduction (CO2PRR). Herein, an overview of metal integration strategies for COFs is systematically summarized. Regulatory mechanisms and structure–activity relationships between metal integration and COF‐based CO2PRR are emphasized.

SU(2)-invariant spin-1/2 Hamiltonians with RVB and other valence bond phases
We construct a family of rotationally invariant, local, S=1/2 Klein Hamiltonians on various lattices that exhibit ground state manifolds spanned by nearest-neighbor valence bond states.

Nanothermometry in Living Cells: Physical Limits, Conceptual and Material Challenges
Heat and temperature are fundamental to life. When nanothermometers began probing regions as small as a living cell, they triggered controversial claims of large intracellular temperature gradients. We review physical constraints energy‐conservation, entropy production, thermodynamic fluctuations, and molecular dynamics.
