A randomized controlled study on medical students learning anatomy through hands‐on ultrasound

Abstract Anatomy education in the undergraduate medical curriculum faces many competing interests, including the increasing demand for ultrasound learning. Instead of being treated as a separate subject, ultrasound can offer a unique lens to visualize anatomy without using cadaveric materials.

ACE2‐rich cells‐targeted fluorescence imaging using newly discovered peptides from SARS‐CoV‐2 epitopes and neutralizing antibodies

A targeting peptide for ACE2‐overexpressing cells was identified and labeled with rhodamine. Fluorescence imaging demonstrated selective peptide binding to ACE2‐rich cells both in vitro and in vivo. Notably, the peptide accumulated in glioblastoma tissues in a mouse model, suggesting its potential for brain tumor targeting.

In this study, by mimicking the nanofiber structure and netting blood cells function of fibrin network in blood clots, we developed a novel bioinspired quaternized chitosan nanofiber sponge with distinct blood cell filtration and blood plasma absorption bifunction for rapid hemostasis.
