An injectable, photocrosslinkable hydrogel sealant—comprising GelMAG, DMA, and pDDA—demonstrated strong underwater adhesion, elasticity, biocompatibility, and broad‐spectrum antibacterial activity. A “Mesoporous Oxygen Chamber” Scaffold with Antibacterial and Early Immunomodulatory Effect for Promoting Bone Regeneration

In this study, an oxygen‐loaded and antimicrobial peptide (AP)‐functionalized scaffold (MBGAPO) is synthesized. With mesoporous structure of MBG applied as an “oxygen storage,” and AP‐provided antibacterial ability against E.coli and MRSA. MBGAPO exhibited osteogenic and multiplex‐immunomodulatory effects.
