Rheumatology &Autoimmunity, Volume 6, Issue 2, Page 118-124, June 2026.A total of 140 Kikuchi‐Fujimoto disease (KFD) patients were included (ANA positivity 62.1%), of whom 10 had concurrent rheumatic diseases. Among the remaining 130 patients without rheumatic diseases, other autoantibodies were detected in 11.5% of ANA‐positive patients. After a median follow‐up of 39 months, the relapse rate was 5.6% (6/107).
