Negative differential resistance in GaAs MESFETs

The occurrence of stationary domains and negative differential resistance in GaAs MESFETs is shown to be favoured for a certain range of combinations of pinch-off voltage, gate voltage and saturation voltage. Outside this range the transistor either shows instability or normal JFET behaviour.

Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. Negative differential resistance in InP JFETs

Negative differential resistance, as evidenced by DC and microwave measurements, has been observed in InP JFETs for a range of channel geometries and bias values.
