Therapeutic Potential of Resveratrol in Cancer and Neurodegenerative Disorders: A Current Review
Resveratrol induces the expressions of TP53, NRF2, and JDP2 axis in cancer cells to control ROS balance in mitochondria. The antioxidation responses were induced through SRIT1/3, HDAC, STAT3, TGFβ, and so on, to trigger the inflammation, and NFkB response to lead to the cell death of cancers or neuro‐damaged cells.

ABSTRACT The importance of co‐infections is not yet completely understood, and the impact and direction of their effects vary considerably. This study aimed to evaluate the role of total saline extract (TS) and excretory/secretory (ES) products of Strongyloides venezuelensis filarioid larvae on a maternal‐interface cell model during Toxoplasma gondii ...

This study, led by the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, tracks survival and examines causes of adult moose mortality from 2010 to 2022 on the Grand Portage Indian Reservation and in Voyageurs National Park. Using a Bayesian framework, we integrated multiple contributing factors to accurately estimate cause‐specific mortality probabilities ...

Food Subsidy Effects on Host Foraging Behavior Shape Host–Macroparasite Infection Dynamics
Wildlife behavioral responses to different distributions of food subsidies could shape encounter and infection intensity of environmentally transmitted parasites. Using a mathematical model, we show that the way in which food subsidy changes transmission rate and variation in parasite burdens (e.g., through changes in time spent foraging and variation ...
