Luminescent Properties of Phosphonate Ester-Supported Neodymium(III) Nitrate and Chloride Complexes
This study examines the synthesis of two geminal bisphosphonate ester-supported Ln3+ complexes [Ln(L3)2(NO3)3] (Ln = Nd3+ (5), La3+ (6)) and optical properties of the neodymium(III) complex.

Heterotropic regulation and negative homotropic cooperativity
We identified a structural module common to some proteins that couple negative cooperativity with heterotropic regulation, two features that rarely coexist. These proteins are ring‐like and present an ordered asymmetry whereby noncontacting subunits are symmetric, and their tertiary structure differs from that of contacting subunits.

Cracking the Code: Genotype–Phenotype Correlation Models in Sarcoglycanopathies
ABSTRACT Objective Sarcoglycanopathies are among the most severe limb‐girdle muscular dystrophies (LGMD), though milder presentations have been described. These diseases are primarily caused by missense variants, but the limited predictability of their effect on protein maturation, complex formation, and transport has hindered reliable genotype ...

[18F]Fluorodeprenyl‐D2 PET as a Tool to Monitor Disease Activity in GAD65‐Ab Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate [18F]fluorodeprenyl‐D2 ([18F]F‐DED) positron‐emission tomography (PET) imaging as a biomarker of disease activity in autoimmune encephalitis (AIE) associated with glutamic acid decarboxylase 65 (GAD65) antibodies. Methods [18F]F‐DED PET was performed in 25 GAD65‐AIE patients and 8 controls using dynamic (0–60 min) and ...

Crystal structure of defect scheelite-type Nd2/3[WO4]
Neodymium(III) ortho-oxidotungstate(VI) was synthesized as a side-product in an unsuccessful synthesis attempt at fluoride derivatives of neodymium tungstate in fused silica ampoules, using neodymium(III) oxide, neodymium(III) fluoride and tungsten ...

The influence of pressure on the composition of products from the catalytic conversion of n-hexane [PDF]
At present, the most common industrial method for producing high-quality gasoline, characterized by high octane numbers and moderate aromatic hydrocarbon content, particularly benzene, is catalytic reforming.
