Mitogenomic phylogeny of Nassarius (Gastropoda: Neogastropoda)
Zoologica Scripta, 2019AbstractNassariids (Family Nassariidae) are a group of marine snails that are distributed worldwide, with their maximum species diversity in tropical regions, particularly the Indo‐Pacific. However, the traditional taxonomy of Nassariidae defined by shell or radula characters is usually inconsistent with little phylogenetic signal. In the present study,

Phylogeny and relationships of neogastropoda
1995Abstract The Neogastropoda is an order of gastropods which is rather well defined both conchologically and anatomically, and is usually considered to be monophyletic. Doubts concerning the monophyly of Neogastropoda were cast by Golikov and Starobogatov (1988), who split Neogastropoda into two superorders, which in their opinion ...

The karyology of the Antarctic whelk,Neobuccinum eatoni(Mollusca, Neogastropoda)
Italian Journal of Zoology, 2006Karyotype, location of the nucleolar organizer regions (NORs) and heterochromatin presence and composition were studied in the Antarctic whelk Neobuccinum eatoni. The karyotype exhibits 2n = 68 chromosomes with 10 pairs of metacentrics, 14 pairs of meta‐submetacentrics, six pairs of submeta‐subtelocentrics, and one pair of subtelo‐telocentrics.

The complete mitochondrial genome of Conus tulipa (Neogastropoda: Conidae)
Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2015The complete mitogenome sequence of the cone snail Conus tulipa (Linnaeus, 1758) has been sequenced by next-generation sequencing method. The assembled mitogenome is 16,599 bp in length, including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes and 2 ribosomal RNA genes. The overall base composition of C. tulipa is 28.7% A, 15.2% C, 18.4% G and 37.7% T.
