A zebrafish high‐throughput drug screening platform is developed for screening small molecule libraries for identifying candidate compounds that prevent hepatocellular carcinoma. High toxicity of these compounds is further reduced by conjugation with nanodiamonds (ND), highly biocompatible function‐based carriers.
