An injectable and self‐reinforcing RSF‐based piezoelectric hydrogel conforms to irregular bone defects and progressively strengthens in situ, overcoming the trade‐off between injectability and mechanical stability. Mechanical loading generates bioelectrical cues that promote P300‐mediated H3K9 acetylation and upregulate PTH1R expression, thereby ...

Hypertrophic scar fibroblasts membrane‐hybridized cationic transfersomes enable efficient loading and transdermal delivery of TGF‐β1 siRNA through multiple skin penetration pathways. The biomimetic platform enhances homotypic targeting, transfection, and immune evasion, suppresses TGF‐β1‐driven fibrotic signaling, and reduces extracellular matrix ...

This review systematically elaborates on the mechanisms underlying physiological regulation and pathological dysregulation of biomolecular phase separation. It also summarizes advances in phase‑separation‑targeted therapeutic strategies and the design of functional biomaterials inspired by this process.

Cellular Mechanisms Enabling Mitochondria Transfer and Transplantation
Mitochondrial transfer and transplantation (mitoTT) is examined as a multistep process governed by distinct transfer routes and post‐transfer checkpoints. Mechanisms controlling mitochondrial uptake, network integration, cristae remodeling, mtDNA maintenance, immune sensing, and quality control are highlighted, revealing key biological and ...

Orthogonal Light‐ and Enzyme‐Triggered and‐Gate Prodrugs for Senolytic Therapy
An orthogonal AND‐gate prodrug platform combines 390 nm near‐UV photocleavage with SA‐β‐gal activation to control payload release in senescent cells. Its modular architecture enables 4‐MU fluorescence, doxorubicin‐mediated cytotoxicity, and ARV‐771‐driven BRD4 degradation, supporting stimulus‐controlled senolytic design in cellular and organoid models.

It is doubtful whether a lesion composed entirely of adult fibrous tissue with collagen and sparse fibrocytes is ever neoplastic; it is usually the endresult of an inflammatory process. Occasionally a fibroblastic form of meningioma may be so poorly cellular as to resemble a fibrous tumour.

[Magnetic resonance in neoplasms of the adipose, fibrous and muscular tissues].
La Radiologia medica, 1989Two-hundred and three MR examinations were reviewed of 177 patients with lipomatous, fibrous and muscular tissues tumors which were evaluated at staging or during the follow-up. All examinations were obtained with a 1.5T superconductive magnet, and both T1 and T2-weighted images were acquired. Its high-contrast resolution, its direct multiplanarity and

A pluripotent tissue deriving from mesoderm, it is the parent tissue of all connective and supporting tissues as well as smooth musculature, vascular endothelium, blood cells and mesenchymal epithelia. The cells are star-like and build a more or less wide network, dispersed with agyrophilic fibrils.
