Intracranial Myxoid Variant of Angiomatoid Fibrous Histiocytoma: A Case Report and Literature Review
Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH) is a rare and slow-growing soft tissue lesion that typically arises in the extremities of young patients. Microscopically, AFH is characterized by pseudovascular, blood-filled spaces that are surrounded by a ...

Diabetic wound healing is hindered by a pathological crosstalk wherein elevated IL‐11 induces M1 macrophage polarization, leading to IL‐1β/IL‐6 release and subsequent fibroblast senescence via RAS/p38MAPK/p53/E2F1 signaling. Here, we develop a Gel@M‐Rho microneedle patch that delivers rhoifolin‐loaded, macrophage membrane‐coated nanoparticles to target

Hydrogel‐Based Airway‐on‐Tube With Perfusable Endothelial Lumen and Outward Epithelialization
A hydrogel‐based airway‐on‐tube platform featuring a perfusable endothelial lumen and outward epithelialization is presented. The system supports primary human bronchial epithelial and lung microvascular endothelial coculture under air‐liquid interface conditions.

Transient Cytoskeletal Anisotropy Encodes Short‐Term Mechanical Memory in Glioblastoma Cells
The same mechanical deformation can produce distinct cytoskeletal states depending on loading history. Experiments and constitutive modeling reveal that transient actin–vimentin anisotropy stores mechanical information and governs short‐term mechanical memory in glioblastoma cells.

A Single Pelvic Fibrous Tumor Associated With Doege–Potter Syndrome: A Case Study
Doege–Potter syndrome (DPS) is a very rare paraneoplastic condition that is marked by hypoglycemia brought on by a solitary fibrous tumor rather than an islet cell tumor.

We present elastomeric three‐dimensional (3D) microstructures fabricated via two‐photon polymerization (2PP) and post‐processed through wet etching, for quantifying nanonewton (nN)‐scale forces applied by healthy and diseased neural cells. The mechanically characterized free‐standing beam architectures enable measurement of traction forces of ...

Fibromyxosarcoma mimicking a benign cystic lesion: a case report of a high-grade mesenchymal tumor in an atypical site [PDF]
Fibromyxosarcoma is a rare subtype of soft tissue sarcoma characterized by the presence of spindle cells and myxoid matrix. We report the case of an older patient who presented with progressive growth of a nodule in the interscapular region, and further ...

Advances in Halide Perovskites for Photon Radiation Detectors
This work highlights recent progress in perovskite‐based photon radiation detectors, covering organic–inorganic hybrid, inorganic, lead‐free double, and vacancy‐ordered halide perovskites. Their detection performance is compared, material‐specific advantages and challenges are examined, and provides insight into current limitations and future ...
