Unexpected Fatal Pneumocystis Jirovecii Pneumonia During Triplet Therapy for Hormone‐Sensitive Prostate Cancer

A fatal case of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia occurred during triplet therapy for metastatic hormone‐sensitive prostate cancer in an elderly patient without classical immunosuppressive factors. Subtle early symptoms led to rapid respiratory decline.
