Alkyltriphenylphosphonium Binding to Cardiolipin Triggers Oncosis in Cancer Cells

Alkyltriphenylphosphonium, exemplified by TPP+‐C14, preferentially accumulates in mitochondria and selectively binds to cardiolipin, a key phospholipid of the inner mitochondrial membrane, causing loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, severe cellular ATP depletion, and calcium imbalance.

Heavy Prussian Blue Analog with Magnetic Ordering above 400 K

A cyanido‐bridged vanadium(II)–hexacyanomolybdate(III) Prussian Blue analog synthesized mechanochemically exhibits ferrimagnetic ordering above 400 K. rWTC‐MBTA Vaccine, Alone and Enhanced with Anti‐PD1, Elicits Immune Responses against CNS and Peripheral B‐Cell Lymphoma

An autologous whole‐tumor‐cell vaccine (rWTC‐MBTA) is evaluated in murine CNS lymphoma. Designer Solid Self‐Emulsifying Nanovaccines Enable Dual Modulation of Dendritic Cells and T Cells for Potent Antitumor Immunity

A solid self‐emulsifying (SSE) platform is loaded with peptide antigens and CpG to form the SSE vaccine. An ApoE‐enriched corona promotes dendritic cell internalization, enabling antigen presentation and T cell activation. Squalene from the SSE also sensitizes T cells by promoting lipid raft formation.
