Microglial Fkbp5 Impairs Post‐Stroke Vascular Integrity and Regeneration by Promoting Yap1‐Mediated Glycolysis and Oxidative Phosphorylation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A post‐stroke perivascular niche of microglia characterized by low expression of M2 markers and elevated glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and phagocytic activity is identified, which is termed stroke‐activated vascular‐associated microglia (stroke‐VAM).

Grow p‐type MoS2 on FeNC for CO2 Sensing in Complex Environments with Intelligent Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In situ growth of p‐type MoS2 (p‐MoS2) on N‐ and Fe‐enriched carbon (FeNC) nanosheets allows for detection of carbon dioxide (CO2) fluctuation levels as low as 50 ppm at 25 °C. The induced S vacancies (Svacs) and the modulated electron distribution jointly improved sensing selectivity to CO2. Abstract A wealth of theoretical studies demonstrates p‐type

Erucic Acid, Derived by Lactobacillus Crispatus, Induces Ferroptosis in Cervical Cancer Organoids Through the PPAR‐δ Signaling Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Utilizing PDO, cell lines and cervical cancer xenograft (CDX) models, the study demonstrate both in vitro and in vivo that the metabolite of L. crispatus, erucic acid, can modulate the proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer by activating the PPAR‐δ pathway.
