Updated COVID‐19 Vaccines and Health Outcomes in Patients With Autoimmune Rheumatic Conditions
Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Objective
We aimed to assess the association between COVID‐19 vaccination status and COVID‐19‐related hospital admissions, need for mechanical ventilation or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and death in people with autoimmune rheumatic conditions. Methods

Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Objective
Cancer represents a major cause of death in systemic sclerosis (SSc). Established risk factors are limited to specific subsets, particularly early diffuse anti‐RNA polymerase III (POLR3)–positive disease, needing further exploration. Methods

British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.Aim
Ceftriaxone is a cephalosporin commonly used for the treatment of acute, severe infections; however, there are conflicting data on its disposition properties in children, making it a suitable case study for the evaluation of the appropriateness of extrapolation approaches based on exposure matching principles for paediatric patients and exploring ...Daniel Valente Neves, Umberto Villani, Salvatore D'Agate, Sean Oosterholt, Ricardo de Carvalho Cavalli, Fabio Carmona, Vera Lucia Lanchote, Oscar Della Pasqua +7 morewiley +1 more sourceAdaptive imatinib regimens can mitigate cumulative toxicity while sustaining hemodynamic benefit: A model‐based simulation of the positioning imatinib for pulmonary arterial hypertension trial
British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Aims
Imatinib improves hemodynamics in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), but dose‐dependent toxicity has limited its clinical development. We aimed to quantify the dose–efficacy–toxicity relationship and evaluate alternative dosing strategies using data from the PIPAH trial.Medhat M. Said, Robert B. de Mooij, Dian Jiao, Reitze J. British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.Beta‐adrenoreceptor blockers (beta‐blockers) and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are commonly used medications and often used together, such as for the treatment of anxiety. However, there is no recent review of any potential adverse events related to concomitant use of medicines from each group.Ziyi Cai, James Sutton, Charlotte Archer, Caroline S.
