Local energy self‐sufficiency, in which the supply and demand of electricity are controlled such that the generated power from distributed energy resources (DERs) is consumed locally based on a power supply‐and‐demand forecast, mitigates the burden on ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Net Metering Prediction in Prosumer Building With Temporal Fusion Transformer Models
The growing global demand for electrical energy, together with the significant problem of increasing carbon dioxide emissions, have become urgent issues. The inefficient use of electricity exacerbates these challenges.

Net Metering and Solar PV Prosumage in Pakistan: Growth and Challenges
In the wake of an on-going energy crisis in Pakistan, National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) issued net metering regulations in 2015 in order to encourage consumers to contribute in power generation. Contrary to the

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...
