Network Congestion Control of Airport Surface Operations
This paper presents a novel approach to managing the aircraft taxi-out process at airports, by posing the problem in a network congestion control framework. A network model of the airport surface with stochastic link travel times is first developed.

Analytical Model of TCP Relentless Congestion Control [PDF]
We introduce a model of the Relentless Congestion Control proposed by Matt Mathis. Relentless Congestion Control (RCC) is a modification of the AIMD (Additive Increase Multiplicative Decrease) congestion control which consists in decreasing the TCP ...

A multilevel network-assisted congestion feedback mechanism for network congestion control
Network-assisted congestion control leveraging Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) is an effective way to deal with congestion issues on the Internet. However, we believe that the existing ECN mechanism in the TCP/IP protocol stack may require further optimization to effectively address the evolving congestion challenges introduced by emerging ...

A nano‐interception strategy disrupts pathogenic fibroblast–macrophage crosstalk in chronic heart failure. Scalable Prussian blue nanoparticles selectively sequester CCL2 via ultrahigh‐affinity binding, preventing CCR2+ macrophage recruitment and breaking a key fibro‐inflammatory circuit. This approach demonstrates robust efficacy in murine and porcine

Comparative Study Of Congestion Control Techniques In High Speed Networks [PDF]
Congestion in network occurs due to exceed in aggregate demand as compared to the accessible capacity of the resources. Network congestion will increase as network speed increases and new effective congestion control methods are needed, especially to ...

A Comprehensive Review of Waste‐Derived Materials for Solar Still Performance Enhancement
Solar desalination reduces energy use and produces freshwater sustainably, but its productivity is limited and cannot meet rising demand. Thus, solar desalination system improvements are sought to boost water productivity. Waste materials are abundantly available and burden the environment, making them low‐cost enhancers for solar desalination systems.
