Research on Node Reliability-aware Efficient Virtual Network Embedding Algorithm
In order to solve the problems that traditional virtual network embedding algorithms were inefficient, and the reliability evaluation of physical nodes in substrate network was one-sided which will lead poor reliability of virtual network,a node ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

A Semi-Supervised Deep Network Embedding Approach Based on the Neighborhood Structure
Network embedding is a very important task to represent the high-dimensional network in a low-dimensional vector space, which aims to capture and preserve the network structure. Most existing network embedding methods are based on shallow models. However,
