Network with Sub-Networks

open access: yesProceedings of International Conference on Artificial Life and Robotics, 2020
We introduce network with sub-networks, a neural network which its weight layers could be detached into sub-neural networks during inference. To develop weights and biases which could be inserted in both base and sub-neural networks, firstly, the parameters are copied from sub-model to base-model. Each model is forward-propagated separately.

Percolation of hierarchical networks and networks of networks

open access: yesPhysical Review E, 2018
Much work has been devoted to studying percolation of networks and interdependent networks under varying levels of failures. Researchers have considered many different realistic network structures, but thus far no study has incorporated the hierarchical structure of many networks.

In-network Neural Networks

open access: yesCoRR, 2018
We present N2Net, a system that implements binary neural networks using commodity switching chips deployed in network switches and routers. Our system shows that these devices can run simple neural network models, whose input is encoded in the network packets' header, at packet processing speeds (billions of packets per second).

To network or not to network, that is the question [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Genetics, 2013
Polyploidization can be regarded as one of the most important evolutionary processes. It is well known that the condition of polyploidy is common in plant species, and it has been suggested that approximately 70% of angiosperms have undergone at least one ancient genome duplication (Masterson 1994). Moreover, recent studies assume that palaeopolyploidy

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

RESPONSE TO THE CHALLENGES: THE FIRST TWO DECADES OF A NATIONAL GI ASSOCIATION (1994-2015) [PDF]

open access: yesMicro, Macro & Mezzo Geoinformation, 2020
The ‘big bang’ of spatial data thinking began in the 90’s, with the concept of multipurpose cadaster, along with advances in information systems, and operational applications of remote sensing, especially in agriculture and environment.
