On Rings of MAL'CEV-NEUMANN Series
In this paper, we investigate the conditions for the Mal'cev-Neumann series ring Λ = R((G;σ;τ)) to be left fusible and an SA-ring. Also, we show that: if G is a quasitotally ordered group and U a Σ-compatible semiprime ideal of R, then R((G;σ;τ)) is a Σ(U((G; σ; τ)))-zip ring if and only if R is a Σ(U )-zip ring.

RRAM Variability Harvesting for CIM‐Integrated TRNG
This work demonstrates a compute‐in‐memory‐compatible true random number generator that harvests intrinsic cycle‐to‐cycle variability from a 1T1R RRAM array. Parallel entropy extraction enables high‐throughput bit generation without dedicated circuits. This approach achieves NIST‐compliant randomness and low per‐bit energy, offering a scalable hardware

Trigonometric series adapted for the study of Neumann boundary-value problems of Lame systems
In this article, we study the solutions to Neumann boundary-value problems of Lame system in a sectorial domains. We study directly this problem, by using trigonometric series, without going through the Airy functions.

SPICE‐Compatible Compact Modeling of Cuprate‐Based Memristors Across a Wide Temperature Range
A physics‐guided compact model for YBCO memristors is introduced, incorporating carrier trapping, field‐induced detrapping, and a differential balance equation to describe their switching dynamics. The model is compared with experiments and implemented in LTspice, allowing realistic circuit‐level simulations.
