This 10‐year retrospective case series evaluated mid‐term pulmonary outcomes in children who underwent diaphragmatic plication for phrenic nerve palsy following cardiac surgery. The results reveal a restrictive ventilatory pattern and consistent post‐exercise oxygen desaturation, despite preserved functional walking capacity.

Lymphoplasmapheresis (LPE) may potentially represent a promising therapeutic approach for AQP4‐Ab+ NMOSD patients, particularly those with an inadequate response to glucocorticoid therapy. LPE appears to exert a comprehensive effect by modulating immune cell subsets, reducing inflammation, and lowering antibody titers.
