First Case of Neuroblastoma-Like Somatic-Type Malignancy Arising in the Teratomatous Component of a Mixed Non-Seminomatous Testicular Germ Cell Tumor in an Adult. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Somatic malignant transformation (SMT) in germ cell tumors (GCTs) is a rare but clinically significant event. Among non‐seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCTs), teratomas can undergo malignant transformation, with neuroblastoma‐like differentiation being exceptionally rare.

Primary Ewing's Sarcoma of the Sinonasal Region: A Rare Clinical Encounter. [PDF]
Ewing′s sarcoma (EWS) is a highly aggressive tumor of neuroectodermal origin, rarely occurring in the sinonasal tract, particularly in adults. We report a 27‐year‐old male with long‐standing nasal obstruction, initially misdiagnosed as nasal chondromesenchymal hamartoma. Surgical excision revealed a destructive, vascular sinonasal mass.

Low-grade glial neoplasms of germ cell origin may represent maturation of embryonic-type neuroectodermal elements. [PDF]
Our results support that low grade glial tumours of germ cell origin (LGGTs) represent a phenomenon of maturation (either spontaneous or induced by therapy) of embryonic‐type neuroectoderm, being possibly equivalent to teratoma from a biological perspective.

Primary Chest Wall Ewing Sarcoma With Diaphragmatic Invasion in an Adult: En-Bloc Resection and Polypropylene Mesh Reconstruction. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Chest‐wall Ewing sarcoma (CWES) is uncommon in adults and often abuts vital thoracic structures, making R0 resection challenging despite gains with multimodal therapy. A 46‐year‐old Arab male presented with year‐long right‐sided chest pain, weight loss, and a firm mass over the lower right ribs.
