A rare case of pediatric neurogenic stunned myocardium (NSM) associated with a brain tumor is reported. A previously healthy 6-year-old boy presented with coma, and imaging studies revealed a brain tumor.

Ischemic stroke reduces ID3 expression and impairs neuronal action potential amplitude and frequency. Pantothenic acid (PA) targets and upregulates ID3, restoring amplitude but not frequency. The PA‐ID3‐amplitude axis represents a potential neuroprotective strategy.
