This study demonstrates an alternative method of creating charge‐stable negatively charged nitrogen vacancy (NV−) centers close to the diamond surface without high‐temperature annealing. By illuminating nitrogen‐implanted regions with a continuous‐wave 405 nm laser, NV− centers are induced, exhibiting electron spin coherence properties suitable for ...

On the method of finding periodic solutions of second-order neutral differential equations with piecewise constant arguments [PDF]
This paper provides a method of finding periodical solutions of the second-order neutral delay differential equations with piecewise constant arguments of the form x″(t)+px″(t−1)=qx(2[t+12])+f(t), where [ ⋅ ] denotes the greatest integer function, p and ...

Oscillation of First Order Neutral Delay Differential Equations
First order neutral delay differential equations with single delays as well as with several delays are studied. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for oscillation are proved by using the existence of real roots of the relevant characteristic equation. Some sufficient conditions for oscillation are obtained.

Multifunctional atomic layer deposited coatings and interface treatments enhance direct solar water splitting on GaAs/GaInP tandem cells. Optimized TiO2/Pt nanoparticle bilayers ensure durability and catalytic efficiency with minimal optical losses, while H2 plasma pretreatments maximize photovoltage and interfacial charge extraction.

On multiplicity of solutions to nonlinear partial difference equations with delay
In this paper, we present an existence criterion for multiple positive solutions of nonlinear neutral delay partial difference equations. Such equations can be regarded as a discrete analog of neutral delay partial differential equations. Our main result

[001]‐oriented Sb2Se3 film with improved crystallinity and adjusted composition is achieved via a new thermal treatment approach consisting of preliminary annealing of the Sb layer before its selenization. The findings of this work demonstrate enhanced charge carriers' transportation, a stable performance, and an improvement of H2 generation from ...

Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

On some aspects of casual and neutral equations used in mathematical modelling [PDF]
The problem that motivates the considerations here is the construction of mathematical models of natural phenomena that depend upon past states. The paper divides naturally into two parts: in the first, we expound the inter-connection between ordinary ...

Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.
