Multichannel neutral-particle analyzer system
Review of Scientific Instruments, 1979A multichannel neutral-analyzer system developed for the analysis of charge-exchange flux from magnetically confined plasma is described. The system uses tandem magnetic–electrostatic deflection of ions produced from neutrals stripped in a gas cell to obtain the energy spectra of specific charge-to-mass-ratio species.

Outcome of a Dynamic Neutralization System for the Spine
Orthopedics, 2012One hundred fourteen patients (66 men and 48 women; mean age, 49 years) underwent spine stabilization using a dynamic neutralization system between January 1999 and August 2010 for degenerative disk disease, spinal instability, or spinal stenosis. Mean follow-up was 6.8 years (range, 1–11 years). Seven patients were lost to follow-up.

Maximal asymptotics of neutral type systems
2012 17th International Conference on Methods & Models in Automation & Robotics (MMAR), 2012We consider a differential system of neutral type with distributed delay. We obtain a precise norm estimation of semigroup generated by the operator corresponding to the system in question. Our result is based on a spectral analysis of the operator and some uniform estimation of norms of the exponentials of matrices.

On the stability of neutral systems with multiple delays
Proceedings of the 2003 American Control Conference, 2003., 2004This paper provides a new stability criterion for neutral. systems with multiple delays. Based on an inequality, a new delay-dependent stability criterion in terms of a linear matrix inequality is derived, which is shown by an example less conservative than the existing criteria.

“Neutral oxygen” and superconductivity of metalloxide systems
Solid State Communications, 1988Abstract The possible “chemical” mechanism of pairing in metallooxide superconductors is investigated. We suggest that the pairing of holes in oxygen p-band occurs due to a tendency of oxygen to exist either in O 2− or in a “neutral” O° form. Theoretical description and physical consequences of this mechanism are discussed.
