Research on Neutronics Safety Parameters of the AP1000 Nuclear Reactor under Different Conditions
Changes in temperature during reactor operation may cause changes in physical parameters, leading to core overheating and accidents. It is essential to analyze and assess the safety parameters of the core under different operating conditions.

The neutron moderation theory, taking into account a moderating medium temperature
In this paper, in the framework of the gas model, based on the solution of the kinematic problem of the neutron elastic scattering on the nucleus in the “L” system in the general case, that is, when prior to the scattering not only the neutron, but also

A sample holder for simultaneous neutron and dielectric spectroscopy – dielectric tests with glycerol, glycerol-water, water and phosphoric acid [PDF]
We report on dielectric test measurements of a rectangular flat sample holder which serves as capacitor and which is aimed for simultaneous neutron and dielectric (n-DE) spectroscopy of acidic liquid samples.

Spin Susceptibility of Neutron Matter at Zero Temperature [PDF]
The Auxiliary Field Diffusion Monte Carlo method is applied to compute the spin susceptibility and the compressibility of neutron matter at zero temperature. Results are given for realistic interactions which include both a two-body potential of the Argonne type and the Urbana IX three-body potential.

Design of a high-temperature neutron irradiation container [PDF]
Abstract The design and construction of a neutron irradiation container in which all samples receive the same total neutron dose and the temperature is controlled to ±0.5° C in the 25°C to 200°C range is reported.

Neutron frequency windows and the protein dynamical transition
Proteins undergo an apparent dynamical transition on temperature variation that has been correlated with the onset of function. The transition in the mean-square displacement, ∆r2 , that is observed using a spectrometer or computer simulation, depends on
