Track initialisation for multiple formations based on neutrosophic Hough transform

The author use the DBSCAN algorithm and the neutral Hough transform algorithm to apply to multi‐formation flight track initiation, solve the track intersection and fusion problems in track initiation, and improve the accuracy and running speed of track initiation.
