In this study, we propose a new approach based on fuzzy TODIM (Portuguese acronym for interactive and multicriteria decision‐making) for decision‐making problems in uncertain environments. Our method incorporates group utility and individual regret, which are often ignored in traditional multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) methods.

Several Similarity Measures of Interval Valued Neutrosophic Soft Sets and Their Application in Pattern Recognition Problems [PDF]
Interval valued neutrosophic soft set introduced by Irfan Deli in 2014[8] is a generalization of neutrosophic set introduced by F. Smarandache in 1995[19], which can be used in real scientific and engineering applications.

Interval-Valued Neutrosophic Soft Rough Sets [PDF]
We first defined interval-valued neutrosophic soft rough sets (IVN-soft rough sets for short) which combine interval-valued neutrosophic soft set and rough sets and studied some of its basic properties. This concept is an extension of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft rough sets (IVIF-soft rough sets).

The single‐valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) is a more common platform for representing the degree of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity memberships. Indeterminacy is an important aspect of SVNS, and the score function (SF) is important in ranking alternatives in decision‐making scenarios.

An approach to Q-neutrosophic soft rings
In this paper, we introduce the notion of Q-neutrosophic soft rings and discuss some of its related properties. Next, we discuss the cartesian product of Q-neutrosophic soft rings and homomorphic images and preimages of Q-neutrosophic soft rings ...

Minus Ordering on Fuzzy Neutrosophic Soft Matrices [PDF]
Aim of this article is to study the idea of minus-ordering on fuzzy neutrosophic soft matrix. It is shown that the minus ordering in the set of all fuzzy neutrosophic soft matrix is a partial ordering.
