Polygroups are an extended form of groups and a subclass of hypergroups that follow group‐type axioms. In this paper, we define a triplet single‐valued neutrosophic set, which is a generalization of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, and neutrosophic sets, and we combine this novel concept with hypergroups and polygroups.

Cutting Tools Assignment and Control Using Neutrosophic Case‐Based Reasoning and Best Worst Method
Cutting tools management is one of the major issues in metal cutting operations. Most of the problems in cutting tools management were mostly addressed using optimization, heuristic, and simulation techniques. This important problem was not studied using decision‐based approaches.

In this article codes over lattice valued intuitionistic fuzzy set type‐3 (LIFS‐3) are defined. Binary block codes and linear codes are constructed over LIFS‐3. Hamming distance and related properties of these newly established codes are examined. The research findings are applied to genetic codes.

While teaching quality has been widely studied, this work advances the domain literature by evaluating the factors influencing teaching quality in order to determine their causal relationships and eventually identify those crucial factors. With ten factors obtained from a comprehensive review of literature, the neutrosophic decision‐making trial and ...

Complex q‐Rung Orthopair Fuzzy N‐Soft Sets: A New Model with Applications
This research article expands the formal representation of human thinking to a most generalized hybrid theory, namely, complex q‐rung orthopair fuzzy N‐soft set. It is able to capture a great deal of graded imprecision and vagueness, which so often appear together in human interpretations.

Picture Fuzzy TOPSIS Method Based on CPFRS Model: An Application to Risk Management Problems
It is not widely acknowledged that multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) problems in some particular circumstances cannot be effectively solved by some traditional methods. This paper aims to construct a novel decision‐making method to effectively solve these MCDM problems.

Complex neutrosophic generalised dice similarity measures and their application to decision making
Complex neutrosophic set (CNS) is a modified version of the complex fuzzy set, to cope with complicated and inconsistent information in the environment of fuzzy set theory. The CNS is characterised by three functions expressing the degree of complex‐valued membership, complex‐valued abstinence and degree of complex‐valued non‐membership.

Introduces an Interval‐Valued Spherical Fuzzy SIWEC‐SPOTIS approach for PV site selection. The proposed model is validated through rank reversal, sensitivity, and comparative study. Solar irradiation received the highest weight, while mean wind speed received the lowest. Tangail district was ranked the most suitable, while Shariatpur ranked the lowest.

Fuzzification of attribute information granules and its formal reasoning model
The model of attribute information granule based on the method of attribute theory and the problem of fuzzification of attribute information granules are discussed. The concept of information granule given by Zadeh can be explained with an attribute and its qualitative mapping operator.
