Development of Multiple Tumors in a Sebaceous Nevus of Jadassohn
We report the case of a 56-year-old male with a sebaceous nevus of the scalp, complicated by multiple tumor development. Histologic examination revealed a basal cell carcinoma, a syringocystadenoma papilliferum and a proliferating trichilemmal cyst. Sebaceous nevus has a well-documented neoplastic potential.

Ectopic Hidradenoma Papilliferum
Hidradenoma papilliferum is a rare tumor that occurs almost exclusively in females on the anogenital area. Rare cases of ectopic (nongenital) hidradenoma papilliferum have been described. The lesions usually present as an asymptomatic slow‐growing, red, firm, mobile, well‐delimitated nodule that grows for a long time before resection.

Sir,Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis is an uncommon disease of unknown etiology characterized by lipocyte collections situated ectopically within the dermis. Hoffman and Zurhelle first described nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis, (which is also termed pedunculated lipofibroma), in 1921.

Autosomal dominant transmission of nevus sebaceous of Jadassohn
Background Nevus sebaceus of Jadassohn is a complex congenital hamartoma that has a predominant sebaceous component. It presents as waxy, well-circumscribed, yellow plaques localized to the head and neck. Its genetic etiology has more often been described as sporadic, with scattered cases featuring autosomal dominant transmission also reported.
