ellular polarization is a critical part ofT-cell biology. It allows for cell migra-tion, efficient cellular interactions and thedirected execution of effector function. The regulation of cellular polarization ofteninvolves signaling processes that themselvesare localized to specific subcellular regions ofthe T cell.
