Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

A new species of the genus Neogalumna (Acari, Oribatida, Galumnidae) from China [PDF]
Opuscula Zoologica Instituti Zoosystematici et Oecologici Universitatis Budapestinensis, 2014 A new species of oribatid mites of the family Galumnidae, Neogalumna longiporosa sp. nov., is described from dark loamy soil collected under moss in North Eastern China. It is the first identified member of the genus Neogalumna recorded for China.
