New polycyclic borazine species

The new polycyclic borazines B(2){1,2-N(2)C(6)H(4)}(2){B(2)(NMe(2))(2)}(2), B(2){1,8-N(2)naph}(2){B(2)(NMe(2))(2)}(2) and B(2)(NPh)(4){B(2)(NMe(2))(2)}(2) have been prepared from diborate(4) anions and two equivalents of B(2)Cl(2)(NMe(2))(2) and have been structurally characterised.

NEW SPECIES OF COLEOPTERA III

The species described below are from sereral lots of beetles submitted to the author during recent months. Several of the species are of unusual interest, especially the Phytobius and the Trichocellus. The latter represents a subgentls new to North America and was included in a fine lot of arctic beetles collected by Mr. A. E. Porsild.

Ctenipocoris oscari Herrera, NEW SPECIES Detailed measurements of the specimens are given in Table 1. Description of female holotype (Figs. 1 & 2): Oval, rather elongated; compressed dorsoventrally. Widest in posterior half. Dorsal coloration black; head, pronotum, embolium, legs, some spots on scutellum, and connexiva yellowish brown.
