Oxylopsebus Clarke, 2008 is considered as a junior synonym of Oxycoleus Lacordaire, 1868. Equescollum is proposed as a new genus for E. birai sp. nov. from Costa Rica, which is described and illustrated.

Dynamic Regulation of Endogenous Transcription Factor Hubs at Single‐Molecule Resolution

This study combines single‐molecule microscopy and genome editing to characterize the dynamic behaviors of endogenous oncofusion transcription factor EWS::FLI1 in Ewing sarcoma cells. EWS::FLI1 forms neomorphic hubs that dynamically assemble and dissolve. The hubs are regulated during mitosis, by RNA, and by specific chemicals.

RNF138‐Mediated Ubiquitination and Degradation of NS5 Restricts Tick‐Borne Encephalitis Virus Infection

Host‐specific compatibility between RNF138‐like proteins and flavivirus NS5 determines NS5 stability. Mammalian RNF138 but not arthropod homologs recognizes and induces conserved NS5/RdRp K48‐linked ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, thereby restricting viral replication.
