International Journal of Management Reviews, EarlyView.Abstract Management and organization research has paid limited attention to how gender, time and organizational dynamics intersect, particularly in shaping gender equality and inclusion. The extant literature also remains largely western‐centric in its focus on the conceptualizations of time and gendered time use.
