rWTC‐MBTA Vaccine, Alone and Enhanced with Anti‐PD1, Elicits Immune Responses against CNS and Peripheral B‐Cell Lymphoma

An autologous whole‐tumor‐cell vaccine (rWTC‐MBTA) is evaluated in murine CNS lymphoma. Subcutaneous vaccination activates dendritic cells, broadens T‐cell priming, and drives lymphocyte trafficking to brain tumors, producing durable tumor control. On the Origins of Toughness in Corymbia calophylla (Marri Tree) Nuts

We uncover the natural toughening mechanisms of the marri nut, including fiber pullout, crack deflection, and a viscoelastic matrix, which enable exceptional energy absorption and ductility comparable to Teflon, with an elastic modulus similar to acrylic.

Oral Streptococcus salivarius Couples Neutrophil IRGM1 Signaling to NET Formation and Colorectal Cancer Metastasis

The oral bacterium Streptococcus salivarius promotes colorectal cancer metastasis by inducing neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation. Mechanistically, IRGM1–IQGAP1 interaction activates Wnt5a–PI3K/AKT signaling in neutrophils, driving NET‐mediated tumor progression.
