High‐order thermodynamically consistent pressure–volume modeling improves numerical stability and prediction accuracy in stretch and extrusion blow molding simulations. The proposed formulation captures transient pressure evolution and enables reliable thickness prediction with good agreement against experimental measurements.

Sobre el método de Newton-Raphson y sus modificaciones
The Newton-Raphson method, also known as Newton\u27s method, is a method for finding successively better approximations to the roots of a real-valued function, starting with an initial guess, being useful even for generating fractals when we consider ...

Sodium Ions Affect GPR17 Conformational States and Functionality
ABSTRACT Sodium is an allosteric modulator of several class‐A GPCR regulating active versus inactive conformation state and may be a critical issue for the optimization of crystallization procedures. Herein, the role of Na+ in the regulation of GPR17 conformational states was studied through MD simulations of GPR17 wild‐type and mutated on two ...

In the real world, we are faced with many problems that cannot be easily described by crisp values, as there is always some uncertainty involved in real-life situations and in those situations, we end up receiving fuzzy values rather than crisp ones in ...

ABSTRACT Understanding and modeling the equipment failure behavior is crucial for reducing downtime, optimizing maintenance strategies, and improving operational safety. This challenge becomes particularly critical in industrial contexts involving multi‐asset portfolios, where heterogeneous conditions influence the reliability of individual assets and,

ABSTRACT This paper establishes an implementation‐aware framework for Barrier Function Adaptation (BFA) and shows that discrete‐time realizations fundamentally alter the logic of final‐set adjustment. In particular, sufficient conditions are derived to preserve the key benefits of BFA (predefined performance, gain adaptation with uncertain perturbation

A process for solving an algebraic equation was presented by Newton in 1669 and later by Raphson in 1690. This technique is called Newton’s method or Newton–Raphson method and is even today a popular technique for solving nonlinear equations in abstract ...

Spectral Submanifolds of Delay Systems: Control in Continuous and Discrete Time
ABSTRACT This paper presents both continuous‐time and discretization‐based approaches for constructing spectral submanifolds (SSMs) for time delay systems. The continuous‐time approach built upon sun–star calculus, reformulates the governing delay differential equation (DDE) as an operator differential equation (OpDE).
