Should Injectable Meloxicam Be Approved for Use in Cats?

open access: yesJournal of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Volume 49, Issue 2, Page 228-230, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Injectable meloxicam remains widely used in feline practice despite its association with acute kidney injury (AKI). Evidence of this association was apparent in the results of a clinical trial submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as part of a New Animal Drug Application (NADA) Freedom of Information Summary.

Design of NFV Service Architecture on Research network

open access: yes, 2016
Instead of installing resources and providing services whenever there is a request for these services, the NFV service model would reduce service supply and management costs.

Test–retest reliability of clinical accommodative measures in adolescents

open access: yesOptometry and Vision Science, Volume 103, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose To determine long‐term (3 months) test–retest reliability of accommodative testing in adolescents with normal accommodative amplitude. Methods Participants aged 12 years to <17.5 years with normal accommodative amplitude (minimum of 11 diopters [D]) and binocular vision were enrolled.

Ecological Momentary Assessment of Voice & Psychological Factors: Group & Individual Mechanisms

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 1, Page 324-331, January 2026.
Adults (N = 32) with primary muscle tension dysphonia completed multiple assessments daily for 10 days. In group‐level causal modeling, anxiety was causal for voice handicap, but perceived control was not. Individual‐level analyses identified various causal factors for voice handicap including perceived control and negative affect, and to a lesser ...

Joint Decision‐Making for UAV Deployment and Computational Offloading Optimized for Energy Consumption and Latency in Space‐Air‐Ground Integrated Networks

open access: yesIET Communications, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
Within the framework of integrated space‐air‐ground edge computing networks, this paper investigates the joint optimization of task allocation, user‐UAV association, UAV deployment, and computation resource allocation between UAVs and the LEO satellite.

Mobility Management for the Low‐Altitude Economy: Latency‐Aware Handover Design

open access: yesIET Communications, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
This paper develops a latency‐aware mobility‐management framework for aerial vehicles operating in hybrid terrestrial non‐terrestrial networks. We formulate a MILP for optimal AV AP association and propose a greedy handover policy using predicted coverage, rate and handover latency.

Deploying elastic routing capability in an SDN/NFV-enabled environment [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
SDN and NFV are two paradigms that introduce unseen flexibility in telecom networks. Where previously telecom services were provided by dedicated hardware and associated (vendor-specific) protocols, SDN enables to control telecom networks through ...

MicroNF:a microservice-based hybrid framework for NFV [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Network function virtualization (NFV) brought significant flexibility. However, such flexibility came with considerable compromises, since virtual machine carried monolithic functions could introduce significant performance overhead.A novel high-performance
