目的探讨神经生长因子的受体-TrkA在骨折愈合过程的表达及其对骨折愈合的影响。方法本实验选用32只白兔随机分为8组（每组4只）:对照组1、d、3 d、5 d7、d1、4 d2、1 d2、8 d。制作右下颌骨骨折模型,立即行钛夹板固定。术后实验组动物分别在1、35、、71、4、212、8 d处死。切取下颌骨脱钙后制作骨组织切片,分别行HE染色,NGFR的免疫组化染色。结果NGFR-TrkA在未骨折组仅仅弱阳性表达,而在骨折愈合过程中表达强阳性,7 d达到高峰,到21 d组时骨折组的软骨细胞强阳性 ...
