Brain BehavThe direct effect of smartphone addiction on academic achievement is statistically significant (B = ‐0.118, 95% CI [‐0.219, ‐0.017], p < 0.05). The total effect obtained when the effect of mediating variables is included is also statistically significant (B = ‐0.274, 95% CI [‐0.370, ‐0.177], p < 0.001).
