Circular Economy Platforms: A Systematic Review

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, Volume 35, Issue 2, Page 2810-2841, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Digital platforms enable circular business models that can provide both economic and environmental benefits. However, the literature on platforms in the context of the circular economy has remained descriptive and fragmented across fields, posing challenges for synthesizing accumulated knowledge.

NICA absolute Polarimeter

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2020
Abstract The development of the absolute Polarimeter APol with an internal polarized atomic hydrogen/deuterium jet target for NICA collider is presented. It is proposed to install the polarimeter into the “warm” gap of the collider ring arc. The polarized jet will cross both accelerated beams.

Lower CD8+ T‐cell senescence partially mediates the neuroprotection of higher aerobic fitness

open access: yesAlzheimer's &Dementia: Translational Research &Clinical Interventions, Volume 12, Issue 1, January/March 2026.
Abstract INTRODUCTION Immunosenescence – age‐related changes in immunity – may exacerbate the pathologic processes of Alzheimer's disease (AD), a condition that disproportionately affects African Americans. Fortunately, a higher level of aerobic fitness is linked to both reduced immunosenescence and lower AD risk.

Bearing Fault Detection in ASD-Powered Induction Machine Using MODWT and Image Edge Detection

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
Today the industry depends on various types of three-phase induction machines, requiring operating at variable speeds to perform more complex processes.

Free Subordination and Belinschi–Nica Semigroup [PDF]

open access: yesComplex Analysis and Operator Theory, 2015
We realize the Belinschi-Nica semigroup of homomorphisms as a free multiplicative subordination. This realization allows to define more general semigroups of homomorphisms with respect to free multiplicative convolution. For these semigroups we show that a differential equation holds, generalizing the complex Burgers equation.

Unimodular graphs and Eisenstein sums

open access: yes, 2016
Motivated in part by combinatorial applications to certain sum-product phenomena, we introduce unimodular graphs over finite fields and, more generally, over finite valuation rings.

The Dynamics of European Economic Systems Amid the Russia–Ukraine Conflict: A Cybernetics Approach

open access: yesThe American Journal of Economics and Sociology, Volume 85, Issue 1, Page 129-148, January 2026.
ABSTRACT This study analyzes the dynamics of European economic systems in the context of the Russia–Ukraine conflict, employing a cybernetics approach and advanced econometric models. Based on the premise that national economies operate as complex adaptive systems, the study investigates the impact of geopolitical shocks on macroeconomic equilibrium ...

Pelgrom-Based Predictive Model to Estimate Metal Grain Granularity and Line Edge Roughness in Advanced Multigate MOSFETs

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, 2022
The impact of different variability sources on the transistor performance increases as devices are scaled-down, being the metal grain granularity (MGG) and the line edge roughness (LER) some of the major contributors to this increase. Variability studies

On a remarkable semigroup of homomorphisms with respect to free multiplicative convolution

open access: yes, 2008
Let M denote the space of Borel probability measures on the real line. For every nonnegative t we consider the transformation $\mathbb B_t : M \to M$ defined for any given element in M by taking succesively the the (1+t) power with respect to free ...

Supporting the search for the CEP location with nonlocal PNJL models constrained by Lattice QCD [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We investigate the possible location of the critical endpoint in the QCD phase diagram based on nonlocal covariant PNJL models including a vector interaction channel.
