Complexation reactions of cobalt(II) and nickel(II) with glycylsarcosine
The Journal of Physical Chemistry, 1969The kinetics of complexation of cobalt(II) and nickel(II) with glycylsarcosine have been studied at 25° and an ionic strength of 0.1 M using the temperature-jump method. Only the glycylsarcosinate anion is an attacking form of this ligand in the pH range investigated.

Spectral studies of cobalt(II)- and nickel(II)-metallothionein
Biochemistry, 1981The zinc and cadmium of native rabbit metallothionein-1 were replaced stoichiometrically with either cobalt (II) or nickel (II). The electronic, magnetic circular dichroic (MCD), and electron spin resonance spectra of Co (II)-metallothionein reflect distorted tetrahedral coordination of the cobalt atoms.

Conformational Flexibility of Nickel(II) Benziporphyrins
Inorganic Chemistry, 2004(1)H NMR spectra of three paramagnetic Ni(II) complexes of benziporphyrins have been investigated in a broad temperature range. For the m- and p-benziporphyrin complexes, the line widths of certain signals exhibit an unusual temperature dependence characteristic of a dynamic process.
