A bimetallic catalyst is obtained by one‐step carbonization of in situ loaded NiCuPPc@g‐C3N4. Introducing a secondary active component can modulate the electronic structure of the primary catalyst by downshifting its d‐band center position, significantly lowering the CO desorption energy barrier.
