ENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.The LSTZ coating significantly enhances the electrochemical performance of Li‐rich Mn‐based cathodes, achieving high ICE (79.5%) and outstanding long‐term cycling stability (178.5 mAh g−1 with 94.4% retention after 120 cycles at 25 °C; 209.7 mAh g−1 with 95.7% retention after 300 cycles at 45 °C).

Covariance of the intertropical discontinuity and African easterly jet in Sahelian wet and dry years
Quarterly Journal of the Royal Meteorological Society, EarlyView.Intertropical discontinuity and African easterly jet (AEJ) positions are strongly correlated, with a more pronounced linear relationship across wet years. Surface heat flux anomalies modify low‐level temperature and sensible heat flux gradients that shift the AEJ core south of the gradient maxima in both composites.
