The Natural Components of a Regular Linear System
ABSTRACT The analysis of a finite‐dimensional regular linear system may be simplified by separating the system into its natural components. The natural components are smaller linear systems on separate subspaces whose dimensions sum to the dimension of the original linear system.

A birational description of the minimal exponent
Abstract We give a description of the minimal exponent of a hypersurface using higher direct images of suitably twisted sheaves of log forms on a log resolution.

SEMIPRIME AND NILPOTENT FUZZY LIE ALGEBRAS
– In this paper, we have introduced the concept of semiprime fuzzy Lie algebra and proved that every fuzzy Lie algebra of semiprime (nilpotent) Lie algebra is a semiprime (nilpotent)

From Groups to Leibniz Algebras: Common Approaches, Parallel Results [PDF]
In this article, we study (locally) nilpotent and hyper-central Leibniz algebras. We obtained results similar to those in group theory. For instance, we proved a result analogous to the Hirsch-Plotkin Theorem for locally nilpotent groups.

Methods of group theory in Leibniz algebras: some compelling results
The theory of Leibniz algebras has been developing quite intensively. Most of the results on the structural features of Leibniz algebras were obtained for finite-dimensional algebras and many of them over fields of characteristic zero.

Heights on ‘hybrid orbits’ in Shimura varieties
Abstract We prove the ‘hybrid conjecture’ which is a common generalisation of the André–Oort conjecture and the André–Pink–Zannier conjecture, in the case of Shimura varieties of abelian type.

Four‐Dimensional pp‐Wave Lie Groups and Harmonic Curvature
ABSTRACT We determine all four‐dimensional Lie groups which have harmonic curvature. In parallel, a description of four‐dimensional pp‐wave Lie groups is obtained.

Controllability of affine control systems on graded Lie groups
This paper is concerned with an affine control system on a manifold which is equivalentby diffeomorphism to an invariant system on a free nilpotent Lie group, if and only if,the vector fields of the system generate graded Lie algebra and the vector ...

A Cornucopia of Carnot Groups in Low Dimensions
Stratified groups are those simply connected Lie groups whose Lie algebras admit a derivation for which the eigenspace with eigenvalue 1 is Lie generating.
