Multimode Oxide‐Based Optoelectronic Memtransistor for In‐Sensor Vision Processing
A multimode optoelectronic memtransistor (OEMT) is demonstrated for vision explainable artificial intelligence (VXAI) hardware. By integrating optical sensing, electrical masking, and non‐volatile memory, the device enables key operations required for generating saliency information.

Hydrothermal Oxidation of Niobium Metal
Reactions of niobium metal powder with high temperature-high pressure water were studied in an open system under the conditions of 300°-800°C, 10-100MPa and 3-72h. Niobium pentaoxide (Nb2O5), niobium hydride (NbHx), and NbO2 were obtained from niobium. Niobium changed into orthorhombic Nb2O5 and niobium hydride at 400°C under 100MPa for 3h.

Architecture‐Driven Functional Coupling in Vertically Aligned Nanocomposites
Vertically aligned nanocomposites define a growth‐engineered architecture in which vertical interfaces, strain fields, defect pathways, and phase connectivity are created simultaneously. This review shows how these architectural features couple ferroic, optical, ionic, electrochemical, and device responses, establishing design rules and open challenges

Oxidation and volatilization of a niobium alloy [PDF]
This report presents the findings from a preliminary investigation into oxidation and volatilization characteristics of a niobium alloy. Niobium is a candidate alloy for use in plasma facing components (PFCS) in experimental fusion reactors like the Intemational Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).
