乳突丽藻(Nitella papillata)的核型分析

本文以乳突丽藻(NitellapapillataHanetalW.Q.Chen)雄配子体的藏精器为材料,观察了乳突丽藻的核型.其染色体基数n=9,分裂间期细胞核的直径变化范围是11.0～13.5μm,染色体长度介于1.83～4.82μm之间,宽度为0.87μm.第9条和其他8条在相对长度和着丝粒的位置上有较大差异,其核型公式为n=x=8m+T.

现代轮藻地理分布的基本规律的探讨

在地球上的轮藻已知的约有410种,分隶于6个属,即丽藻属(Nitella),拟丽藻属(Nitellopsis),鸟巢藻属(Tolypella),灯枝藻属(Lgchnothamnus).丽枝藻属(Lamprothamnium)和轮藻属(Chara).根据每个种地理分布的统计结果,发现现代轮藻的地理分布有5条基本规律:(1)世界种占有较高的百分比;(2)孤立地区的特有种比较丰富;(3)中国西南地区的地理成分特别复杂;(4)南北两半球的亚热带地区种数最多;(5)结构简单的分类群多分布于南北球.
