Advanced Materials, EarlyView.This work presents the FLight biofabrication for engineering in vitro muscle constructs by photocrosslinking pristine collagen and fibrinogen using ruthenium. The resulting mini‐muscles retain in vivo‐like tissue organization and a Pax7⁺ cell pool.
