Ban Glyphosate—Does It Affect the Swedish Farmers' Willingness to Grow Cover Crops?

open access: yesApplied Economic Perspectives and Policy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The cultivation of cover crops is one of the new Eco‐scheme practices introduced in Sweden. This study examines how the design of policy attributes of these schemes influences farmers' willingness to grow cover crops on arable land, with particular focus on the potential impact of a glyphosate ban.

Video and Text‐Based Supplemental Health Information and Consumer Willingness to Pay for Nutrient‐Enhanced Eggs

open access: yesAgribusiness, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Nutritional information is very important in the food choices of consumers. However, when they are too scientific or technical, they have the potential to confuse consumers, resulting in information asymmetry and dissuading them from making beneficial choices.

Study on the Fluorescent Activity of N2-Indolyl-1,2,3-triazole

open access: yesMolecules, 2017
A new type of blue emitter, N2-Indolyl-1,2,3-triazoles (NITs), with the λmax ranging from 420–480 nm and the Stokes shift from 89–143 nm, were synthesized through the coupling reaction of indoles with triazole derivatives.

Cell Death and Transcriptional Responses Induced in Larvae of the Nematode Haemonchus contortus by Toxins/Toxicants with Broad Phylogenetic Efficacy

open access: yesPharmaceuticals, 2021
Establishing methods to investigate treatments that induce cell death in parasitic nematodes will promote experimental approaches to elucidate mechanisms and to identify prospective anthelmintics capable of inducing this outcome. Here, we extended recent

Resonant Inelastic X-Ray Scattering at the K Edge of Ge

open access: yes, 2006
We study the resonant inelastic x-ray scattering (RIXS) at the $K$ edge of Ge. We measure RIXS spectra with systematically varying momenta in the final state. The spectra are a measure of exciting an electron-hole pair.

Sustainable Graphene Oxide–Intercalated Bentonite Composite for the Effective Removal of Imidacloprid From Water: Adsorption Performance, Isotherm, and Kinetics

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Water is a fundamental necessity for our existence, but its rapid contamination is causing devastating effects on the environment and health of living species worldwide. Adsorptive removal of pollutants is one of the popular water treatment techniques because of its simplicity, affordability, and the broad range of available adsorbents.
