NLP-PIPE: Latvian NLP Tool Pipeline
2018The paper introduces a modular pipeline that allows to combine multiple Natural Language Processing tools into a unified framework. It aims to make NLP technology more accessible for researchers, non-experts and software developers. The paper describes the architecture of NLP-PIPE and presents publicly available NLP components for Latvian.
